VEGANISM and The Deafening Silence

Ever unheard of something that’s heard of? Or ever tried a complete non-acknowledgment for a noesis? Or from another perspective, ever forced a cringe for an absolute beauty? Well, you may like to call it simply ‘ignorance’, yet there’s something more to it. I prefer to describe it as ‘an advanced trait weapon of humans against fear’. If you are still unsure of such phenomena, don’t worry; here’s a perfect upcoming example of it. Well yes; “VEGANISM”. Oh! No, no please; don’t already get scared of that word.

Although the meaning of ‘Veganism’ is turning subjective according to the need or want of each one, I think everyone can just agree it to be at least, ‘a culture of oneself not being a cause to cruelty’. But the problem here is, that ‘cruelty’ has also got subjective these days. Here, everyone defines their boundary of cruelty until one’s loss starts to fade in with that definition. Otherwise gets an update, to a much beneficiary extent. For example, someone slaughtering an innocent live goat is cruel but not the one who orders it prepared to a clean table far off shores domed inside a feeling of eternal happiness around happy faces. Now, you may already have started bouncing the saliva inside your mouth just imagining that line. By the way, it’s not your fault. It’s your evolved instinct reflexes. Remember? you never came outside the boundary of the cruelty set by people around you since your birth; your parents, friends, societies, etc. Thus, your focus instantly turned towards the taste creating the perfect deafening silence for the word ‘cruelty’. Morale has unlimited exceptions for you, Isn’t it? Of course, you will say no. Even if your heart is beating on ‘Everything for that awesome taste, who cares about cruelty’, your mind never fails to camouflage the ‘taste’ under a series of defending logic to prove oneself morally right about killing, such logic with gormlessness at its peak.

What about plants? (The first justification you will throw for killing)

Just a simple answer, let’s try to cut your hand and a plant’s branch simultaneously; one for one as your logic, which one has pain receptors that carry the signal to whose nervous system that will feel the pain, and which one will trigger its every reflex to defend itself trying not to get killed with sufferings? which one will grow again and get another life?

So, what will happen if I standalone stop consuming products of cruelty, butcher will kill that one anyway?

Supply and Demand work here. As long as there’s demand for the meat, butcher won’t stop flowing the supply.

Listen! These are a series of questions that are often asked on a daily basis to someone who just even utters the word ‘Veganism’. There are hundreds and thousands more because it’s like once someone said,

“Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I’m not sure about the universe”

Just look at the urge to preserve that instinct of taste of meat. The urge for the taste doesn’t just stop here even after someone shows reality to almost every question & justification thrown even from the verge of utopic vanity. There will always be the last option left for you to win the argument or at least not lose the current position which is none other than the ‘Deafening Silence’ itself; a weapon for being at the superposition of moral correctness even with enough blood and tears of cruelty in hands.

In a nutshell, At the end of the day, it’s just your own choice to act a persona or to really choose yourself otherwise there’s always the same weapon available for you too ; )

Note: ‘You’ in this entire text refers to the one who can relate to this and you know who😉

Sooo…Yah! Thank you, Hope you get anything positive out of it : )
